Yay! It's about time someone celebrated bald men in a correct fashion! I have always thought men were more attractive sans hair and have been shaving my husband's head for years. Forget the rogaine, the plugs, the wigs, the comb-overs and the spray paint!Be proud of the sexy look you have! Take from a woman that thinks, Bald is Hot!

Started loosing ym hair at 17. Pumped over $4,000 into Uncle Sy's (Hair Club for Men) pocket. When I finally cut it off and shaved my head I found out people had known I was wearing a piece for years. Bottom line--go to a GOOD barber and have them give you best haricut for your face/features. If for you that means shaving it all off, great. Take it from me, you only make yourself look ridiculous using a comb-over or covering it up. I have never had anyone (male or female) say they didn't like me because I was bald. Great web site!

Hello gentlemen!

I just wanted to confer with the lady who mentioned the laser hair removal method earlier. It DEFINITELY is the new way to go! My husband was losing his hair fast and decided to permanently remove it by laser. His head is now completely clean and smooth. He says it should last almost two years, the first time then each additional time will grow slower and get balder until he is permanently bald-headed. I am constantly feeling his dome! I even jokingly use his head as mirror to comb my hair and check my make-up (LOL)! However, the downside is I'm a little tired of other women touching it at work or in the mall but I know HE is enjoying his new attention. It is kind of expensive ($500-$1,000) I think, but to me it was worth it because now he's gettin' more lovin'. I just wanted to share since someone else had tried the laser. Thank you.

I think your web site is great. I am 36 years old and half way to having a cue-ball head. My co-workers like to tease me about my lack of hair.(I don't think it's as noticeable as they do.) Anyway, I had heard that you can use a very small amount of shoe polish to help cover those small bald spots between your hair, to help give your hair a "fuller" look. It's true, up until recently I was in denial and really didn't want to discuss options with anyone. Anyway, I decided to try this one day, the WRONG day. I secretly put a very small amount of the polish on my head and felt it looked very natural. That day during a noon meeting one of my coworkers decided to give me a "noogy" and rub my head. When he lifted his hand it was covered with black shoe polish and I was left humiliated. Now that I have discovered your web site I have a new view on baldness and a new outlook on life. In fact I think my wife thinks I'm sexier now that I am more confident about my head. Thanks for the hope you give all of us middle aged balding men.

I've been reading the comments section of this website with interest - I'm bald, with the classic horseshoe-shaped hairline. I've been shaving the back and sides with a number one setting, which looks good, but after reading all of the comments, I decided to shave my head totally bald. I shaved a week ago, and love it. I sould have done it years ago. My wife loves my new look, and the maintenance is low - I shave my head every couple of days in the shower. For anyone losing his hair, I say: go completely bald. Even the most bald of us have hair at the back and sides, so if you've got a totally bald head, it's obviously by choice. Guess what? No more bald spot!!

Don't know if anyone's interested but I came across this on a web site:

Bald headed men of America (BHMA) unite at the Bald is Beautiful Convention in Moorehead City (get it?) The Bald Pride organization sponsors National Rub a Bald Head Week, publishes Chrome Dome, a periodic newsletter, operates a bald hall of fame, and generally champions the position that bald men have that extra special something. Their slogans, which appear on caps, mugs, and T-shirts, include Bald is Beautiful, Bald is Bold, Hairless Hunks, and The few! The Proud! The bald!. Twenty thousand guys (and a few women) belong to BHMA, adding up to a considerable number of the hairless-enhanced.

Bald is Beautiful Convention held annually in September in Morehead, NC. Information: Contact Bald-Headed Men of America, 102 Bald Drive, Morehead City, NC 28557; tel: 919 726 1855

Just logged on to your website, got the address from my local newspaper here in San Diego, CA. i just joined as a member a few minute's ago. Just read almost all of the comment's prevoiously written about and for bald men. I've been shaving my head for about 6 year's now-and would never go back to having hair again. With my shaved head, i get alot more attention from women than before. What's kind of funny and cool at the same time is that I've been told numerous time's that I'm a dead ringer for "Stone Cold Steve Austin", the WCW wrestler, there are alway's comment's made when I'm out in public, especially at the shopping mall's, at the movie theatre's, etc., I enjoy the attention and have gotten some good laugh's out of the deal, and have met some beautiful women as a result, they love to feel a shaved head, it's a low maintance hair cut, no shampoo-no conditioner-no blow drying-no gel, just a shave every 2 to 3 day's, and have even contemplated getting a lazer shave. All us chrome-dome's have to stay together. Sincerely, Mr. Bill

I stumbled across this site when I typed "sexy bald men" in the search engine of my computer. Wow! And I thought I was the only woman who was attracted to bald men!

Bald men are so sexy and manly! To walk around bald and confident is the epitome of sexiness! Also, a bald man with tatoo on his arm drives me even more crazy! :-) If I were dating a man who was losing his hair, I would encourage him to shave his head!

I freaked when I saw that Mitch Pileggi and Arnold Vosloo made the "Bald Men Of The Year" list. These have to be two of the sexiest actors I know! Drool! growl! Oh ... WOW!

I better stop before I get carried away! ;-)

I started going bald when I was 18. I had been shaving my head since I was 15. I tried not to let it bother me. Hell I am a skinhead so it shouldnt. Well I am 30 and I will say time tells. I am still bald, and still a skinhead. I am no longer bothered by my balding. I am a man and it happens. at least I didnt go limp.

Hey there baldies! I mean sexy bald-headed dudes! I have a question. Why don't more of you guys use laser hair removal instead of shaving? A co-worker of mine tried it six months ago and his head is still crystal clear smooth and slick (very sexy indeed!) All of the ladies in the building keep rubbing his head all the time and keep asking the two other bald-headed gentlemen in my office why they're heads are not as clean. Only this guy and I know why. He said it costs him less than $1,000 to last about 18 months (estimate). You might want to consider this at least once for the ultimate shave! We both live in Northern Virginia. Good luck fellas!

You won't believe how many years that I've been keeping my hair long, styling it etc....and for what?! Compliments and knowing that I looked sexy!? Well let me tell you that ever since I got my head shaved (unwillingly) for charity (all 3 and a half feet of it) I have received more compliments now then when I had my long dark hair. Sure it looked nice but it took forever to wash, style and then there were the bad hair days, split ends etc. I used to get hundreds of dates based on my looks and most I thought was due to my hair. Some honestly love long hair but the rest must have seen my eyes, smile etc. Which let me tell you is hidden mostly by hair. So when I had it shaved for charity ( the money raised went to a local hospital and my hair went to make wigs for kids with cancer) my eyes became more noticeable and my face, etc. I have been told I look younger but more mature and definitely more sexy! Damn, if I'd only have known this mmmm even 10 years ago. I have more women wanting to touch my head and then coming back to do that again, emails telling me how "sexy" I am, more women just hitting on me (even in front of my girlfriend!!!), everyone loves the look, and funniest thing of all so do I! I am the last man on earth to ever think that I would go bald willingly and then to love it. Yes I am lucky to have the perfect head for "the bald look" or so I've been told. I get called "Andre Agassi" everywhere, yet told I look even cuter....so I guess I am ok with the look. At times I miss the long hair....but worse case scenerio is that I could grow it back in say 3-4 years. But why, I love BALD. It looks way better than short hair or no hair. There are only 2 ways to have hair, long or none for me and I think I prefer none. It is so much easier to keep, I just shave my face with the electric and then keep going over the scalp...no problemo. I will soon try a safety razor but this is all so new to me. Bald is "IN" now so why not go with it and enjoy all the benefits. I know that I am! Bald n' Beautiful in PEI (Prince Edward Island), Canada.

There is nothing like being Bald, for any woman who has never been with a bald man, You don't know what your missing. The confidence just pours out like the fountain of youth. To any woman whom desires or looks for bald men, Cheers to you, having such noble and carnal desire for a shiny, smooth, and/or shaved dome, It is like the eye to a parallel dimension of masculininity and carnal power and satisafaction from and given to the Female of the Spieces. I have been shaving my head for three years, and I cannot express just how much better i feel about myself on all levels. I Don't see why I would ever let my hair grow in, and to those who fear loss, don't fear it, embrace it, for it is not a loss, it is a gain in so many ways, and if she dosent accept hair loss, shave it all, and if she really loves you she will embrace you too!! just want to tell all the guys out there who are afraid to get out of there contract with HCM...As long as youve atleast paid them 1500 to 2000, your free to get out of the "rug club". ...or within 3days of your initial wearing of it, but remember if you do get a refund , theyve already trimmed your hair down to skin level so that the glue they use will adhere properly. So your better off anyway by shaving the rest off and liberate yourself fully...give it a few days and you'll see how good it feels, I promise you!!Keep those inspiring stories posted about all the snake oil and rug clubs outthere. People need to know what a crock of shit all those products are and to invest their money elsewhere!!! Thanks again for such an inspiring site

I always had fine, thin hair. The receding hairline started when I was 19, and by the time I was 30 I was visibly thinning on top. My maternal grandfather died with a full head of hair and my older brother has thick hair, so I tried to convince myself that my "condition" couldn't be hereditary. I never tried Rogaine, and thank God I didn't opt for hair replacement surgery. I did try Propecia (with no perceptible results), but only because I knew someone who could get it free. Now, at age 44, I finally got the nerve to get a buzz cut and stop pretending (started at #3, but may go with #2 soon!). I love it, and so does the woman in my life! My only regret is that I didn't do it years ago!

I am 24 years old. My hair started thining when I was about 20 or 21. I have been very depressed since, and my social life and academic progress have suffered as a result of this. I tried rogain but it made my scalp itch. A few weeks ago I visited the Hair Club for Men. Everything looked very promising the pictures in the brochure looked really good and I decided to have the procedure done. I was excited at first, but after it was done I was very dissapointed. What they basically do is shave your thinning area and glue a hair piece on top. It looked fake. And during my "free" consultation they were not up front about the price. I was told that it would cost About $900.00 for the hair and $65.00 per visit after that. But after I did the procedure they told me that i had to pay and extra $150 - 500 a month just to maintain it!!! I am really upset but don't know what to do. I am considering taking this crap off my head and getting a buzz cut like my younger brother who is also thinning. I am just worried about how i'm going to look as my ears stick out a little. If I had only come across this site earlier I would have saved myself a lot of money. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Ryan

Bald is so sexy!!! Patrick Stewart is gorgeous. It makes me so sad to see the hair commercials that try to make balding men feel bad about themselves. Especially the one that says "will your wife still feel the same way if I lose my hair? Of course, she'll just feel it about someone else." Now if that was a commerical aimed at women and losing weight there would be an outcry. Stay bald you guys, I love rubbing my fingers over a blad scalp. Mmmmmmmmmm.

Was losing my hair and thought it looked awful. Two days ago I I decided to shave my head, since if I didn't like it I could let my hair grow back to where it was before I shaved. [A less permenant measure than surgery that could leave scars.]

When I was done I found I looked intimidating as hell.

Went out for a couple and for the first time in years women were coming up to me. I think I'll stick wth this for a while.

Great site. I haven't poked around it a lot, but the very idea is wonderful. I started going bald at 23. For a while I tried Rogaine, but just hated having this perpetual gunk in my hair. Eventually, I finally shaved it. Now, I don't keep it shaved, because I have deep-set eyes, and wind up looking like Uncle Fester, but I keep it very very very short, less than 1/4 of an inch. If anyone ever talks about the feeling of the wind in their hair, just tell them how much more wonderful it feels right on your bare scalp! :)

It is Godly to be BALD.

I am proud to say that I have been bald for many years. I also find that there is a biblical basis for being proud of my baldness.

In Lev 13:40-41 it states, "When a man has lost his hair and is bald, he is clean. If he has lost his hair from the front of his scalp and has a bald forehead, he is clean."

Therefore as a bald man, God in His word, has declared me to be clean.

In 2 Ki 2:23-24 we also find the story of Elisha, a prophet of God. "From there Elisha went up to Bethel. As he was walking along the road, some youths came out of the town and jeered at him. "Go on up, you baldhead!" they said. "Go on up, you baldhead!" He turned around, looked at them and called down a curse on them in the name of the LORD. Then two bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the youths.

So you can see that not only has God declared bald men to be clean, He obviously has no sense of humor when we are mocked. Therefore I conclude that He must be bald Himself. I do not accept the criticism of the FOLLICLY INFESTED, if they want to look like girls, that is their problem. Personally I'm am proud of my testosterone.

Great site....I've been checking the comments for months. Gave me the courage to shave it all. At 36....I couldn't handle it anymore...I was hating to look in a mirror and the ever increasing (decreasing?) hair-line. Also...I was wearing hats and ball caps more and more over the years. and I felt I had to have them....my security blanket. I shaved the head. grew a goatee...and feel totally free and confident. Wished I'd done it sooner....I feel and look younger...and the "Bald" look seems hip. because everywhere you go...to the store...driving down the street...YOU WILL come across a guy with a shaved head!!....its COOL to have a shaved look....(unlike the hair-metal days of the 80's...hehe)

Two of the most liberating and exhilarating days in my life were....the day I lost my virginity....and the day I shaved my head....loss of virginity could'nt happen soon enough, me, 14 to an older woman who graciously understood my immediate ...satisfaction at the expense of her's.....years later, shaved head at 36 after every remedy, potion, lotion, treatment known to modern science(including a transplant) failed to satisfy....let's put it this way....I never lack for opportunities to make up for my virginal experience....bald is good!

Hello everyone,

Hope this letter helps someone else as your letters has helped me. I am 30 years old and have been loosing my hair for a few years, but the last 2 it has become noticeable. I tried propecia and rogaine to no avail. My last resort was the Hair club for men. That lasted 3 weeks. To anyone considering hair club it is nothing more than a wig glued on to you head and it does not even stick well and you can definitely feel it if you run your fingers through it, and forget swimming. I gave it a shot and it was the worst 3 weeks of my life. Instead of worrying about loosing my hair I was worried about if anyone could tell. (no one wants to be known as the guy with the wig). To be fair Hair club was great, it forced me to do something I should have done a lot sooner. I shaved my head and grew the goatee. and It looks good.

One thing that may help someone deciding to shave it or not is how many times we walk down the street and look at the guy with the shaved head and say he look good bald, too bad I won't look that good. One day I took a walk and all the baldies seemed to be out, and then it hit me all theses guys look fine why am I going to be the only one who will look like a monster. How we see ourselves and how others see us are not the same, our insecurities make things seem a lot worse. So go ahead and shave it. It is liberating, just have a good attitude about it and you will be one of the guys others wished they looked as good as you do being bald.

I can't thank you enough Tony for this site. It gave me the confidence to go skin and helped me during a bad time. I just wished I stumbled upon it a lot sooner.

Sal

I just wanted to let you guys know how its been going since I shaved my head a few days ago. I actually feel so clean on top. I'm sometimes very secure about my shining chrome and others times I'm not. I attribute this mainly to my own problem of letting criticism from even my best friend, get me down. My Wife & Mom love it and I guess that's all that matters. My best friend replies consisted of "Put your hat on!", and "You look like a skinhead!". My responses "I'm PROUD of my BALDNESS!" and "Men with hair have a weakness, try scalping me!". At a convenience store the clerk while checking my ID replied, "You really look a lot older w/out hair!" "It's the goatee and not the hair," I said. On the plus side my wife tells me that a lady at her job remarked when she told her I shaved my head, "AHHHH girl a bald headed man is sexy!, You better take care of him or I will!" We both laughed about this. I really felt good about that day. I came back to this fantastic website to read the comments again. Please guys post more! It really helps to read the positive stuff. I'm in sales and one thing I've learned is a person has to stay away from negative things or people that are negative or they might rub off onto you. Sometimes you cannot obviously do this so you must let things roll off your back. Hey I've realized that hair is really a big issue with some people. If they only knew the agony I went through everyday of my life for at least 17 yrs combing and hiding all the thinning spots and spraying it and being scared to death on a windy day for fear of a hair moving and showing a bald spot. Hey when you don't have any you DON'T WORRY about this. This is where I think the "rubber meets the road", so to speak and you have to face life boldly without letting anyone hinder or prevent you from living. Also ever notice most people can't look at a completely bald person and not smile, grin, chuckle or comment? I never got this kind of attention before. I PLEDGE TO ALL MY BALD BROTHERS AND BALD LOVERS>>>>I WILL FROM HERE ON OUT NOT ALLOW ANY PERSON OR THING CAUSE ME TO BE DOWN OR DEPRESSED IF IT PERTAINS TO MY BALDNESS. I'm planning to buy me a motorcycle soon and this helps me to fit the part. Look out world....baldy will soon ride the streets maybe in your home time! Who loves you baby?---Ronnie

Found you site both humorous and serious. I began losing my hair when I was 14. At the time, it was so traumatic, I couldn't even talk to my parents about it. By the time I was 21 I was essentially bald. I'm 54 now, happily married and a high school teacher. For years, (decades even) I have shed any self-consciousness about my appearance. Quite the contrary! I'll sit down amidst my students. I'm sure they're gazing at it with a mix of curiosity, loathing, but also comfort and attraction. They suspect that I'm very human. So, gaze in awe! My brains are showing through...Ed

My husband wore a hair piece for over ten years and I never did like it. Finally I told him to be natural and forget the hair. He finally gave in and went with the hair he had which was not very much. Little did he know what I had planned for him later on. One morning when we were leaving on vacation I told him I needed to clip his to make it look better. He agreed to this so I clipped it as short as the clipper would cut it. Next to his dismay I shaved his head as smooth as a cue ball. Looks great and after a week he sort of agrees. I love the looks of men who are totally bald and most women would agree if they told the truth. So men be proud to be bald because nothing looks better than a shinny bald head.

I just read the comment titled "The worst mistake of my life". How true his statement is. I started going bald in my mid 20's and had a "procedure" done. God if there is one thing I could go back and not do would be a hair transplant. What I would give just to have the luxury of shaving or buzzing my head. I hate the these doctors and these companies that pray on a people's insecurities of losing their hair. What it really comes down to is accepting oneself for what one is. Yes, I have also thought of suicide as my counterpart that wrote the article I mentioned due to my hair transplant. I feel like a fool for letting someone cut into the back of my scalp and then punch little holes into my head. It doesn't look the same. Quite frankly I think it looks like crap. Confidence which this procedure was to give me is out the window until I get it done again and again and again.... Something should be done to stop this procedure or to make people aware of the repercussions of it, like never having a buzz cut again or being able to shave your head.

Well, I finally did it. I shaved that HCM "RUG" off of my head . I have the complete horseshoe MPB and now I shave my head completely. I LOVE IT. Now I can ride roller coasters and swim in water parks at Kings Dominion with my daughter with no more worries. I work as a bartender and tonight 4/13 will be my third shift since shaving my head last Sunday night. Have been a member of HCM for 10 years and after spending $26,000 over 10 years( the last 3-4 I've been on the Bronze system for the past 3 years. Not been happy with the service or the hair but wasn't ready to take off the rug, finally I got fed up. And I love it.

I am a 24 year old college student. I lost most of my hair and up until recently I have been extremely self-conscious about the way I look. I work out regularly and that is all I can do to feel good. This past Spring Break, however, has changed my feelings about the way I look completely. One evening my roomates stayed home and I decided to go dancing with these four beautiful girls we had met earlier (I had a cap on.) I was worried about what they would think, but I told myself I was going to have fun regardless. I had more girls hit on me that night, than I have had-ALL-YEAR. It was sick. I hardly wear a hat anymore and the girls at school stare (and smile) a-lot! Last year I came very close to a four thousand dollar transplant. I prayed about it and decided in the end that if this is the way God made me, then I will learn to live with it. Gentlemen, it is as if God is rewarding me for my patience. Think about this story the next time you feel self conscious. Go to the gym, get in shape, and I guarantee you will feel (and look) like a million dollars.

I'm shaving my head after Easter. I've been bald until December then I opted for a short buzzcut. Too cold in the winter. My experiences being bald are very good ones. My wife loves the look as do my female co-workers. I find people friendlier and I get better service wherever I go. I get many looks from ladies who probably love bald heads. I always love it when staring at me. Bald wins hands down everytime. I think a goatee should almost be mandatory for the look plus take care of yourself and workout. Life is good for us baldies!

Great site. After 14 years of wearing a hair piece, I decided to go the bald is beautiful route and shave it all off. The reaction from people was mixed. Half liked it while the other half (mostly family members) didn't. I wish I would have done it years ago. I would have saved a lot of money (enough to buy a decent car or maybe take a month long cruise). I now spend about half the time I used to getting ready for work or just to go out. For all those current "hair wearers" out there, here's something to think about. We all know which celebrities wear hair pieces (Charlton Heston, Tony Bennett, etc.) and they can afford the very best. What makes you think that yours is "undetectable"?

Hi, I've been losing my hair since my i was about 20, I'm now 23. As soon as it started going I decided to shave it, and found most people like it (apart from my mum!). I am lucky to live in Europe where most professional soccer players who are going bald shave their head, its very acceptable practise in Europe and quite fashionable. I feel sorry for all you baldies in america who have to put up with all those cheesy hairy blokes on TV, over here we have plenty of bald blokes on telly! I think the main problem with going bald is it looks like some sort of mange, by shaving it off your keeping it clean! Move to europe we embrace ex pat baldies!

I've been wearing a hair piece from HCM for the past 10 years and cannot stand it any longer. I do(at very minimal times) like it but because of my job and wearing it ever since I started working there as a Bartender did not want to take it off because I did not want to have to deal with explaining why, etc. But now, I to the point that buy going bald I will save over $3,000 from NOT going to HCM. I was desperate 10 years at 22 getting out of the Navy and having been told by a couple of shipmates at 21 that I was thinning on top and not wanting to believe it, I said "Hey, I need to do something about this. HCM was my only option. Plugs, forget it could not afford it. The HCM commercials are VERY misleading, trust me. My contract that I have to sign once a year is up this summer and I have had enough. Thanks to your site I was able to figure out "How am I going to shave my head with ease and not nick or cut it?" The Head Blade looks awesome!! Was concerned at first cause I knew that shaving with a standard razor was going to be tricky. For any of you guys thinking about HCM or any of those other wig companies, DONT DO IT!It took me 10 years of not really being satisified with it and wasting ALOT OF MONEY (over $25,000 in 10 years) They will tell you at HCM that it takes 15 minutes then your out the door. I heard that 10 years ago and when I heard it again recently I thought, what a scam. Plus once you get one it easier to tell others who are wearing on and the guessing game continues. So, here's to being bald this summer!!

I love and prefer bald-headed gentlemen. Once you been with a sexy bald-headed man you'll never go back....

Think about all the fun things you could do with a bald head.... 1) you can rub it (gently and slowly over a smooth scalp)...2) slap it (playfully)...3) play barberette and shave it (buff and shine) and most importantly ... 4) hold on to it for dear life (during sex)... the baldy look is also a more cleancut and professional look for men.

So I say shine on men... you're beautiful!

My high school geography teacher was bald, but tried to cover it up with the infamous "comb-over". He looked ridiculous, and I swore to myself during the first day I was in his class that if I ever lost my hair, I'd never try the comb-over.

A few years after I finished high school, I started losing my hair. By the time I hit 30 I had a significant and ever-increasing bald spot. Recalling that promise to myself made in geography class, I decided to take the plunge and shave my head. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I grew a goatee at roughly the same time, and the combination of bald head and goatee is great.

My biggest concern was whether my girlfriend at the time would like it. In fact, it took her half an hour to adjust to my new look. (Anyone contemplating shaving his head should discuss it with his girlfriend or wife first).

I'm 36 now, and have kept my head shaved for the past six years. Years ago, the thought of having to say "I'm a bald man" would have filled me with dread (probably because years ago every bald man I knew did the comb-over thing). From the day I shaved my head onward, I've been proud to say that I'm a bald man. With all of the commercials on the radio and t.v. which talk about hair loss treatments, I thought that there was something wrong with me because I actually like being bald. It's great to come across your website and learn that there are plenty of other bald men out there who, like me, love being bald.

Bald men do not be insecure about hair loss and please don't try to hang on to the little bit around the sides it actually looks worse that way, just shave it all off and be the sexy men that you are. I would not trade a bald man for anything. So stay bald.

I just want to say your Website is wonderful. It has plenty of useful information and just reading some of the feed back from others helps a great deal. I'm 20 years old and have recently noticed my hair line thinning. I workout daily and am into the sport of body building, so needless to say I am very self conscious about my image. I've been considering Rogaine and Propecia but I am not too keen on taking any drugs, even topical. My biggest concern is, how I will look bald. With the shape of my face (long)and my head pretty round (at least as far as I can tell with hair) I wonder how that will appear. I'm still thinking about what would be best for me, but I can't tell you how much just reading some of the things on your website has helped. If nothing else, it has made me feel a whole lot better about my situation (losing my hair).

I am 'bald by choice' - having only a slightly receding hairline and small bald spot on top, I use clippers with no guard once a week or so to buzz off as much as I can. I would shave it smooth every day if it didn't take so long in the morning. Guys who are balding and self- conscious about it - next time you are out socially, especially at a bar or club, look around for the bald guys - see how many women they are talking to. See how many come up and rub their smooth domes, even strangers! If you're losing it, go all the way! It's great!

I think bald men are unbelievably sexy. I don't know why, but guys--don't hide it. If you're bald, be proud of it and show it off, shave it off, but whatever you do, don't comb over or hide under a hat. If you live in Detroit MI area, e-mail me.

I have been baldheaded since high school days. Although I'm 50 years old I recently shaved

my head totally. Looks much better shinny and bald than a patchy horseshoe head. Will stay

totally bald, wish I had shaved my head thirty years ago. I like the bald look much better

than having a full head of hair

very refreshing to see a site where a follically impaired person can go to, and feel at ease.

My husband and I love shaving our heads. We are your next door middle class neighbors. Nothing weird or strange. We just love the feel of shaving and having no hair on our heads. Sites like these are fun. Laura & Tom

Being bald at times is a pain in the #. I have never had any problems with friends but I can't help to wonder what people initially think of what kind of person I am

I love being bald...I had great hair when I was a kid but I don't think I'd want it back even if I could get it back naturally. This just feels so much better and cleaner. I still have a fair amount of hair but it's more a nuisance than anything else so I shave it clean every day now. AHHHH what relief!!

Great site...when and where is the convention and singles mixer????

The web is filled with so many negativities about baldness/reseeding hairlines, its fantastic to see at least one place that isnt and ad in disguise or just down right mean.

Love your web-site & have told all of my chrome-domed friends. I am a Bible-believing Bald Guy and we can be assured that God has a special place in His heart for Bald Guys as evidenced in 2 Kings 2:23 where 42 young boys were mocking the prophet Elisha for his bald head when a pair of female bears came out of the woods and tore them up. Everyone had better be careful about what they say about us.

I think your web site is great!!! I'm a 44 year old thoroughly balding guy. I started loosing my hair in my early 20's and have felt terrible all these past years about my balding "condition". After reading some of the comments on your web site earlier today, I decided to go to the barber shop to get my remain- ing thinning hair cut off. AS I was waiting there, a balding police officer had just gotten a # 2 buzz cut. He looked really sharp in his dark navy blue uniform and his neat bald head. I also got a # 2 buzz cut and feel great!!! I've even decided to grow a closely cropped mustache to go along with my new look. I strongly believe now that all bald and balding men should save our money, get a super short buzz cut and accept the fact that we're real men oozing with testosterone.

Cool, a place I can call home. I have been follically challenged since the age of 19. Now in my mid 30's I'm watching my friends starting to lose their locks. Watching them cry when they find a new bald spot. Ha Ha revenge! As I am completely comfortable with my "look", and they are having a mid life crisis over their hair!!!

Greetings from Sweden! Great site, I must say. I'm just 22 and have already started to lose hair. This has worried me a lot, but this site has made me rethink. Now I'm not that worried anymore. Thanks again and keep up the good work:
