Go "Q"
When a man shaves his head, he is said to be as bald as a cue ball. When a man with a shaved head dresses
GQ (classically cool and sophisticated), would he be G-Cue? Since the letter Q resembles the hairless pate
replete with its masculine accoutrements, the editors at Bald R Us.com have decided that the appropriate name for a
classically cool and sophisticated bald man should be "Q".
The shaved head is the beginning of a new life style and that new life style should necessarily be
accompanied by a new attitude reflecting the absolute transformation from the man afraid of losing
his hair, to the new man -embracing his unfettered pate.
It is not enough just to shave your head. You are now on a stage and your every facet constantly
appraised in relation to your new-found freedom - your hairless and unhindered dome. Hairlessness
in itself makes a statement, but that statement is limited to the effectiveness of the messenger -
YOU!
While the hair replacement industry spends billions of dollars portraying us as unattractive, impotent
and unhappy, it's incumbent upon all of us to reflect an attitude and appearance countering their
deception. How?
Go "Q"!
How?
- Subscribe to GQ Magazine and "study" the classic cool and sophisticated look. It will give you a sense of style, whether its country or city - casual, buff or dressing for success.
- The money that you would have spent on rugs, drugs or plugs should be invested in an entirely new wardrobe befitting the GQ "Q".
- Attitude, attitude, attitude! Walk confidently, smile a lot, laugh a lot, and treat women like the princess you want them to be. A survey of women shows that the hair-free man is more romantic than his hairy counterpart. Stake out that ground and don't relinquish it. Be romantic, attentive and ever listening.
- If you are fat, do the "Q" diet. Eat meat, fruit, vegetables, nuts and raisin bran. Cut out sugar, bread, pasta, potatoes and rice until you reach your target weight. (Splenda is a great sugar substitute.)
- Join a health club and get your body into shape. Exercise or play a physical competitive sport for at least 3 hours a week.
- Go to the library and check out a couple of good self-help books including "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie.
- Buff you bare pate to a high shine and display it the proudly.
